New video shows the arrest of a man accused of driving an unregistered school bus with a suspended license in southwest Miami-Dade over the weekend.

Erick Anthony Moore, 23, was arrested Saturday on charges including knowingly driving with a suspended license, driving without a valid commercial driver’s license, and failure to have vehicle registration, an arrest report said.

According to the report, authorities responded after receiving a call about a man recklessly driving a school bus in the area of Southwest 104th Avenue and Southwest 172nd Street.

Officers made contact with Moore, who wasn’t able to provide information on the owner of the bus, the report said.

When officers performed a records check, they discovered he was driving with a suspended license, was never issued a commercial driver’s license, and the bus wasn’t registered, the report said.

Video posted by CutlerBaySocial showed the suspect being handcuffed next to the school bus.

Moore was booked into jail after it was learned he also had a fugitive warrant for his arrest, the report said. Attorney information wasn’t available.
