A 64-year-old Miami woman is behind bars after she was accused of sexual activity with a 17-year-old boy, police said.

Diana Rodriguez was arrested Tuesday on a charge of unlawful sexual activity with a minor after she allegedly performed a sex act on the teen at her home, an arrest report said.

According to the report, the teen said he was riding his bicycle when Rodriguez, who he didn’t know, started speaking with him.

He said she offered him an unknown white pill and persuaded him to follow her, saying in Spanish that she would perform a sex act on him for $10, the report said.

As they were walking, he said she asked how old he was and he told her he was 17, but she ignored him and they continued to her home, the report said.

At the home, he said Rodriguez performed a sex act on him two times before he told her to stop and he left, the report said.

The teen identified Rodriguez from a photo but when Rodriguez was shown a photo of the teen she initially said she had never seen him before, the report said.

Rodriguez later redacted her statement and said she was sorry for lying, and claimed the teen initially told her he was 17 then said he was 18, the report said.

She also said everything was consensual, according to the report.

Rodriguez was arrested and booked into jail. She appeared before a judge later Tuesday who granted her a $7,500 bond and ordered her to stay away from the teen.
