A man was stabbed during an armed robbery in Miami on Friday, according to police

Officials said they got the call about the crime in the area of Northeast Miami Court and Northeast 80th Terrace at 7:27 a.m.

The victim, a man in his late 60s, was stabbed and his wallet was taken, police said.

He was rushed to the hospital by Miami Fire Rescue.

Police did not provide information about a suspect, and said they were investigating.
