A woman is facing charges after authorities said they uncovered over $1.7 million worth of counterfeit luxury items in her Miami-Dade home.

Liudmila Perez-Labrada, 36, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of offenses involving counterfeiting private labels, Miami-Dade jail records showed.

According to an arrest report, the investigation began in February when the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office received a CrimeStoppers tip that counterfeit items were being stored and sold at a home in the 3100 block of Northwest 81st Terrace.

Investigators also found an Instagram page, Elegance and Glamour, that was linked to Perez-Labrada where she appeared to take orders for merchandise, the report said.

Detectives began purchasing various items, later determined to be counterfeit, and saw the payment went to Perez-Labrada’s business, the report said.

Among the counterfeit items purchased were a Louis Vuitton handbag for $211 that would sell for $1,460 if genuine, a Gucci bag for $230 that would normally cost $1,150, and Louis Vuitton bathing suits for $65 that would sell for over $1,100, the report said.

When investigators searched Perez-Labrada’s Zelle records they found that between Nov. 1, 2025 and April 14, 2026, there were over 570 deposit transactions totaling over $112,000, the report said.

Last month, detectives executed a search warrant at Perez-Labrada’s home and while they were there a woman arrived to buy counterfeit merchandise, the report said.

A search of her home turned up merchandise with the trademarks of various luxury and retail brands including Alo Yoga, Balenciaga, Balmain, Bottega Veneta, Burberry, Cartier, Celine, Chanel, Chrome Hearts, Dior, Fendi, Givenchy, Goyard, Gucci, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Miu Miu, Prada, Tiffany & Co., Tory Burch and YSL, the report said.

The items included handbags, backpacks, wallets, clothing and jewelry, among other items.

A room in the home appeared to be a “retail-store-style setup,” with items displayed for sale, the report said.

Perez-Labrada also had a storage unit where more counterfeit merchandise was kept, the report said.

“Private brand investigators determined that the total retail value of the seized counterfeit merchandise, had the merchandise been authentic, would have been approximately $1,743,045,” the report said.

Perez-Labrada wasn’t arrested at the time of the search warrant because she had recently undergone a major surgery, the report said.

Perez-Labrada was booked into jail and on Wednesday appeared before a judge, who set her bond at $7,500.
